Who we are?
The IT department is the main responsible for supporting our employees mainly focusing on our call center which they operate in several time zones.
We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician who would like to continue with the quality on-site or remote support that will be provided to all types of users, and they will be provided with the tools they need.

What will you do?

  • In-situ and remote support.
  • Help us to manage the equipment stock.
  • Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers.
  • Give access and remove access to our platforms to users when necessary.
  • Support and check meeting rooms, events too.
  • Learn a lot about security and good practices.
  • Create documentation to help users and the team in their day to day.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Basic knowledge of networking.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite, we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level.
  • We value knowledge about Jira, Unifi.
  • Required English fluent level.
  • Based in Barcelona.
  • Nice to have: CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher. VoIP knowledge, experience supporting Call Center.
