Job title: Subject Specialist – Digital Leadership & CultureSalary: From £42,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience Contract: PermanentLocation: Remote

About the role:The Digital Leadership and Culture Programme is ideally seeking a digital leadership & culture subject specialist with experience of successfully managing and delivering change, preferably within an education setting.

Subject specialists are responsible for delivering outstanding support to our customers in line with the agreed objectives of the advice programmes they are working across. For management purposes the specialist will be based within the Digital Leadership and Culture programme team as best befits their skills and experience. They will also be expected to apply their expertise across other programmes to ensure as many customers benefit from their expertise as possible.

Subject specialists work with other Jisc staff from across the organisation; both to benefit from their knowledge of subjects, products and services related to their work with customers to assist colleagues in delivering support to customers as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities will include: - Designing and facilitating participative workshops, webinars, and training sessions for both online and dace to dace delivery - Creating sector specific advisory materials on vision & strategy, leadership & management, and cultural transformation - Creating and publishing regular blogs and other digital media materials relating to digital leadership and culture - Keeping abreast of the latest developments in leadership, management, and cultural transformation - Understand sector barriers to cultural transformation - Ensure the appropriate sharing of research and knowledge obtained with colleagues across the Advice Team

Key Skills and Experience: - Planning, designing, and delivering/facilitating workshops, webinars and training sessions for both online and face to face delivery - Negotiating and resolving conflicting priorities - Making sound decisions fast and working in a high paced, high-pressure environment - Extensive leadership or management experience - Experience of leading successful technology-related change projects within an organisation - Experience of working in HE, FE, or public sector settings - A proven track record of effective customer relationship management
