We are seeking a dynamic New Business Sales Manager to become an integral part of Ideagen’s esteemed technology and software sales team. Salary - U p to £130,000 OTE**

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities, focusing on new logo wins.
  • Accurately forecast sales and manage the pipeline for effective planning.
  • Understand prospects' needs and buying processes to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Be flexible with work hours to effectively cater to a global clientele.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within sales and customer relationship management systems.

Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrated ability in fostering customer relationships, initiating new business ventures, and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • A strong ambition to excel in a long-term career within software sales.
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to embrace new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high degree of enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to success.
