Position Overview**

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Client Service Director and Executive Assistant. Your primary objective will be to streamline administrative tasks, allowing our team to maximize their impact on the business. This role entails maintaining relationships, managing calendars, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. **

Key Responsibilities**

  • Gain a basic understanding of our services post-training.
  • Manage the Sales Director's calendar efficiently.
  • Initiate outbound calls and follow-up emails using established processes and scripts.
  • Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings.
  • Maintain and track project details for the Sales Director.
  • Research clients and potential leads for business development.
  • Update and manage CRM programs.
  • Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects.
  • Address basic service issues as they arise.

Requirements

Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work autonomously, delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented attitude.

  • Proficiency in report writing and business correspondence.
