Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collaboration Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in merchandise and a proven track record of creating successful collaborations within the clothing and music industries. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can identify and secure exciting partnership opportunities, driving brand growth and enhancing our audience's experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaboration Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy for limited edition collaborations with brands, artists, and designers in the music and fashion industries.
  • Partnership Identification and Outreach: Proactively identify potential partners that align with COLORS Worldwide's mission and brand values. Conduct outreach and negotiate collaboration terms.
  • Project Management: Oversee the collaboration process from concept to launch, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging artists and brands for potential collaborations.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all collaborations adhere to and amplify COLORS Worldwide's brand identity and mission.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of collaborations, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, Music Industry, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in merchandise, branding, or a related field, with a focus on collaborations within the clothing and/or music industry.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and securing partnerships and collaborations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of the R&B genre and its culture is highly desirable.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for music, fashion, and entertainment.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
