What We’re Looking For:
Trillium Health Resources is dedicated to addressing health disparities and improving health outcomes for individuals and communities across eastern and central North Carolina. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and support our ongoing health equity efforts. In this role, you will assist with coordinating various projects and programs aimed at reducing health disparities across Trillium’s catchment area. Projects will be related to addressing health inequities impacting diverse populations served by Trillium, particularly historically marginalized populations, including but not limited to communities of color, people with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, women, children and youth, people who are justice-involved, people without homes, and those who live in rural settings.
On a typical day, you might:
- Ensure all assigned project components are completed in a timely manner.
- Oversee and maintain project structure, project timelines, milestones, stakeholder engagement, and other day to day project activities.
- Provide project status updates and/or reports using dashboards.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and plan meetings and communications.
- Identify opportunities for healthcare innovation and improvement.
- Coordinate and support monthly meetings of Trillium’s Health Equity Council.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate , Bachelor
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience working in the health field with communities and programs. OR Associate’s degree and four (4) years’ experience working in the health field with communities and programs. OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
