What will you be doing?

Our growing company is seeking individuals fluent in both English and Spanish to join our high-volume Call Center team. Call Center Representatives at Smart Data Solutions utilize their knowledge of medical insurance and experience in healthcare claim eligibility and verification to successfully meet our client's needs.

Call Center Representatives at SDS…

  • Answer incoming provider and member calls regarding eligibility, benefits summaries, and other general insurance inquiries.
  • Assist providers and members with questions regarding claim status and other billing concerns.
  • Thoroughly document all provider and member interactions.
  • Maintain departmental KPI’s, as defined by the Call Center Manager.
  • Maintain or exceed all departmental and/or campaign SLA’s.
  • Adhere to all corporate and client mandatory trainings, privacy and security protocols, time entry requirements, attendance and leave time policies and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 40 WPM typing speed
