Job Description

Our client is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to establish and manage relationships within the developer community. This role involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to effectively communicate the technical aspects and features of the products developed by the company.

Responsibilities

Community Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with developers through various communication channels such as social media, forums, chat rooms, and online communities.
Technical Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality educational resources like tutorials, documentation, code samples, and blog posts, facilitating developers in getting started with our Assistants and Extensions SDK.
Developing Partnerships: Identify potential partnership opportunities with industry leaders, open-source projects, and organizations to fortify our developer ecosystem and enhance product value.
Event Planning: Organize events, including hackathons, meetups, workshops, and conferences, to showcase our products, engage with the developer community, and create collaborative opportunities.
Feedback Gathering: Establish channels for developers to provide feedback on our SDK and products, analyze this feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate insights and feedback from developers, ensuring the alignment of product development with the needs and expectations of the developer community.

Requirements

Experience with LLM-based applications (e.g., RAG, LlamaIndex, Langchain)
Proven network within the developer community and a keen interest in relationship building
Proven experience in Developer Relations and 0-to-1 technical product marketing
Ability to create high-quality educational content, including tutorials, documentation, and blog posts
Plus: Experience with AI
