Job description

What You'll Be Doing:

Fundraising Engage with numerous potential LPs annually, ensuring efficient organization and outreach. Prior experience leading fundraising efforts in VC or as a Startup Founder is highly valuable, especially if you've raised over USD10 million from institutional Investors before.

Sourcing Utilize our networks to discover and connect with new prospective LPs interested in impactful investments with strong returns, supporting a thriving community of talented founders. Establish our presence and thought leadership in key capital circles.

Process Management Take charge of our pipeline, ensuring smooth progress with meetings, calls, commitments, etc. Provide necessary support to enhance our storytelling and preparation for success, utilizing data, materials, and benchmarks to focus on meaningful conversations.

LP Relationship Management Enhance and maintain existing LP relationships, aiming for every LP to actively invest in our next fund. Oversee investor communication channels such as newsletters, AGMs, monthly calls, and quarterly reporting.

Benchmarking Ownership Stay informed about market dynamics, assessing fundraising strategies, market gaps, and potential areas for investment focus.

Continuous Improvement Contribute to refining our approach as a VC firm, leveraging our extensive network of founders and LPs. Propose and implement projects to enhance value for our LPs and strengthen the network.

Expected Milestones:

30 days Assume responsibility for LP newsletters, initiate database organization, and begin researching top target LPs.

60 days Initiate outreach to potential leads and concurrently develop the initial version of the teaser/pitch deck.

90 days Secure initial investments, aiming to close deals totaling US$1 million.
