Area Sales Manager - Electrical / construction products into Local Authorities / Social Housing

The Role of Area Sales Manager

  • This is a field / home based Area Sales Manager role.
  • As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with Local Authorities and Social Housing providers.
  • This role is a split between account management and developing business within existing accounts.
  • In addition you will be tasked with undertaking site surveys and will be dealing with decision makers such as Asset Managers, Repairs & Maintenance Managers and Electrical Managers.
  • You will be tracking projects and building a pipeline with social housing providers selling 'needed products.'

This industry leading brand have won numerous accreditations and awards throughout their 30+ years leading the way with green, energy efficient products they continue to bring to market. As an employer, this business as an ethos of developing it's people with many of the senior management team starting at the very bottom. They have excellent staff attrition with many enjoying 10+ years of service.

  • £35,000 - £41,000 DOE
  • OTE circa £70K uncapped in year 1 top performers are earning more than this
