Your missions
- Maintain and administer computer systems and related computing environments.
- Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware and server resources.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Ensure network security and connectivity.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests from employees.
- Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out.
- Coordinate with network engineers to ensure smooth operation across the organization.
- Monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports.
