Mandatory Qualifications: - Must have a minimum of two years of experience within the last ten years working as IV&V oversight on a large-scale software development project. Large-scale is defined as a project with at least one thousand (1000) end users and a cost of at least fifty (50) million dollars. - Must have a minimum of two years of experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile software development methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development. - Must have a minimum of five years of experience that occurred in the last ten years providing IV&V services based on IEEE Standard 1012 to a government entity. - Must have performed SaaS Implementation oversight activities for a minimum of one year duration on at least three projects in the past seven years. - Must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. - Must possess a Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.

The compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
