_Are you an experienced CeMAP Qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser? _

We are offering employed full-time home-based Adviser role that offers a 1st year minimum salary guarantee of £45K and a genuine opportunity to earn more than £60K+ OTE plus we provide full admin support and all of your mortgage appointments provided & pre-booked in your diary by our bookings team?

Please be aware that to be considered for this role you MUST be fully CeMAP qualified and have at least 18 Months experience providing mortgage & protection advice.

What We Offer!

·Income Guarantee: Mortgage Advisers with previous protection sales experience will receive a £45,000 minimum salary guarantee for the first 12 months. (Applies to Mortgage Advisers/Brokers with at least 18 months Protection sales experience)·Mortgage Advisors: without previous protection sales experience may also be considered and this role offers a *£40,000 minimum salary guarantee for the first 12 months. (Applies to single tied advisers and or brokers who have no previous protection sales experience)·Grow your earnings: Mortgage & Protection Advisers are able to increase their earnings year on year and we expect your OTE in year two to increase to £55K.·Promotional Tiers: Subject to achieving your targets you can increase your basic salary and commission rate in year two and onwards with top performers earning in excess of £60K+·Remote Working: Home Based, hybrid or office based. You choose!·Employed Role: All of our roles offer the security of full time, permanent employment.·No Weekends: Working Monday to Friday only, with a mix of early and late starts/finishes.

·Minimum of 18 month’s experience as a Mortgage Adviser.·Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.·Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.·Must be fully CeMAP qualified.·Living within a 3-hour commute of our Milton Keynes or Peterborough office and happy commuting once a month as required for team meetings and/or additional training requirements.
