What You Can Expect

As a Clinical Support Specialist m/w, you will be mainly covering the Northern part of The Netherlands (Overijssel, Drenthe, Friesland, Groningen)

You will be responsible for providing: - Technical clinical support with reference to orthopedic implants; - Technical training of members of the Sales department; - Product information to the Product Managers/Specialists and Logistics department; - Information on new developments of the current products and instruments to the members of the Sales department.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Assisting and accompanying during surgeries with orthopedic implants;
  • Inspecting if the surgery sets of implants and instruments are complete, in cooperation with the Logistics department and Product Managers/Specialists;
  • Providing logistic support with regard to the surgery sets;
  • Providing logistic input from the field to the Logistic department;
  • Training members of the Sales department on the instruments area and the associated surgery techniques, in cooperation with the Logistics department and Product Managers/Specialists;
  • Maintaining the surgery planning;
  • Staying in continuous contact with members of the Sales department concerning the organisation of the surgery assistances;
  • Starting-up new customers on implant systems, in cooperation with members of the Sales department;
  • Keeping track of literature, gathering of all possible scientific documentation and information concerning our products and products of competitors.

What Will Make You Stand Out

Education - Completed HBO education/bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, or equivalent through professional experience.

Professional Experience - At least 5 years of professional experience in the Operating Room (orthopedics).

Special Expertise - Good knowledge of anatomy/OR procedures and rules; - A general and wide product knowledge, as well as knowledge of the orthopedic market.

Languages - Fluent in Dutch and English, in both speech and writing.
