This role is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders who require support from the dedicated offshore team for project completion. This position will work with a variety of groups including, but not limited to, internal asset management and primary servicing teams and client asset management and portfolio reporting teams. This may include quantitative and qualitative analysis of commercial real estate loans, reviewing of loan documentation, and review of financial analysis. In addition, this role will coordinate with the offshore leadership team who manages the day-to-day staffing of the dedicated offshore team. This role plays an integral role in supporting the internal and external groups that support client’s portfolio. Regular client collaboration and reporting of project status is expected. **

Essential Job Functions**

  • Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope
  • Coordinate with offshore team leadership to build roadmap for project completion
  • Prepare and update project roadmaps and progress reports and keep stakeholders informed of project status
  • Engage with offshore leadership to perform ongoing capacity planning and forecasting
  • Streamline process for stakeholders to request assistance from offshore team
  • Organize and lead project status and working meetings as needed
  • Proactively identify additional areas where internal and external stakeholders could leverage offshore team to create efficiencies in day to day work
  • Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
  • Experience in commercial real estate experience is required
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with clients
  • Team oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent PC skills and possess high level of proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Demonstrate professional behavior and teamwork, punctual, dependable

Special Requirements

  • The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($90,000 - $150,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
