Title: Software Engineer II

Job Location: One M&T Plaza, Buffalo, NY 14203. Position eligible for 100% remote work.

DESCRIPTION:  

Duties: Contribute to team responsible for maintaining the M&T Equipment Finance Co. suite of applications; support and maintain software and web applications using C#, .Net, SQL Server and JavaScript; design and develop new or existing software and web applications and specifies information system solutions using G; test, implement, address and resolve end user incidents using ServiceNow; identify, reproduce and correct software defects using MS Visual Studio and MS SQL Server Management Studio; conduct server patching using ServiceNow/Ansible; using SQL for internal database management; using Onbase to manage content, processes and cases; using Navision for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); using Agile to plan, refine and claim new work stories; update JIRA board daily; mentor and train, lead and monitors other junior technicians. Position eligible for 100% remote work.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, and three (3) years (or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field + 1 year) of experience supporting and maintaining software and web applications using C#, .Net, SQL Server and JavaScript; and using SQL for database management.

Salary: $131,687.50 - $141,687.50 per year.
