Jr. Number Analyst

We’re expanding our Cloud Operations Team to make sure we stay ahead of the competition.

We’re currently looking for: 

RingCentral is looking for a Jr. Number Analyst/ Global Telco Analyst to provide administrative support on Global Office Number Provisioning and Management.

This is an entry level position wherein the main responsibility is to provide administrative support for RingCentral’s Number management on a global scale, under the supervision of Telco Ops Numbers Team. The role involves management, audit, and support on telephone number acquisition, utilization, and forecasting. The analyst will also assist multiple departments on number requests, routing issues or customer concerns on a day-to-day basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Depending on the region or brand of support will be assigned to, the tasks may revolve around:

  • Support Channel and Global Service Provider Partners on number requirements.

  • Voice and SMS Provisioning which may require carrier interaction via ticketing or self service portals or using internal tools.

  • Emergency Services Provisioning - may be involved in manual processes like data entry, API process monitoring and output audits/corrective actions.

  • Internal ticket support and management via Salesforce (SFDC) or JIRA Platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

The right candidate should be comfortable performing a wide variety of tasks and must be eager to learn and grow with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Subject matter expert on global telecom concepts from acquisition to routing of any number type.

  • Experience in service delivery management related to Telecom or equivalent B2B processes is an advantage.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Has ability to learn various GUI and systems quickly (Tableau, Salesforce, JIRA).

  • Must have excellent soft email and verbal communications skills

  • Candidates must be a good team player, innovative, creative and can work gracefully under pressure, should also have a good sense of ownership and ability to handle their own workload.

  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
