Effectively manage projects related to development of investment and financial risk management software systems;
Analyze business requirements and implement company’s proprietary software according to clients’ specific needs.
Provide top-level client consulting, support and training to end-users of financial institutions;
Develop a thorough technical and business understanding of all solutions under his/her responsibility on the following areas: Investment Management operations, Financial Risk Management and supervisory guidelines for financial institutions.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
B.Sc. in Finance.
M.Sc. in Finance, Financial Mathematics/Engineering or a relevant field of study.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Desired Knowledge & Experience:
In-depth understanding of financial markets and products and experience with banking and investment management industry operations.
Knowledge of SQL programming will be considered an asset.
Experience with directives and regulations for investment funds, banks, investment companies and insurance firms (i.e. UCITS, AIFMD, Solvency II, MiFiD, Basel, etc.).
CFA designation would be considered an asset.
