The Channel Partner Management Leader for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing and growing our channel partner network to drive revenue and expand our market reach.

This position is part of the Channel Partner Management located in countries in High Growth Market and will be hybrid . At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Channel Partner Management team and report to the Director, Channel Partner, HGM responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive channel partner strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.  If you thrive in a dynamic, multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class sales organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop Channel Partner strategies to drive growth and responsible for the daily management to monitor the performance, achieving the designated sales target.

• Implement the channel strategy to our channel partner sales organization based on HGM leadership alignment.

• Collaborate with country and their channel partners, strengthening their salesforce to grow the business and to gain market share by driving channel partner strategy.

• Work with HGM marketing and our country channel partner commercial leader to create the process for lead creation and nurturing to increase our funnel.

• Work with country to assess, clarify and validates channel partner needs such as sales training, marketing collaborations, product knowledge transfers, sales tools etc to support growth.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales with demonstrated success in working with distribution partners in clinical diagnostics industry; preferably with MNC.

• Strong understanding of channel partner management strategies, sales processes, and business development.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen

• Regional experience preferred.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Able to work well and collaboratively with stakeholders from different backgrounds, cultures, and countries, including cross functional colleagues to ensure alignment of initiatives/projects across functions, teams, and countries.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent presentation abilities
