1. Job Responsibilities:

Act as a technical leader for our most challenging projects, enhancing NodeFlair's client efficiency and effectiveness through the sharing of your extensive expertise.
Collaborate with company leadership to shape strategy, product roadmaps, and platform experiences.
Develop and maintain code to produce proofs of beacon chain events.
Create APIs optimized for web application consumption.
Employ innovative techniques like zero knowledge proofs and batch processing to improve cost efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Stay abreast of Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) that impact native restaking.
Engage with vendors, assess their offerings, implement solutions efficiently, ensure data quality and uptime, and provide constructive feedback.

2. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (e.g., physics or mathematics).
Over 7 years of experience in backend distributed systems.
At least 2 years of full lifecycle development experience with Go.
Exposure to AWS cloud technologies.
Profound understanding of the Ethereum protocol, Ethereum staking, and beacon chain.
Demonstrated history of leading backend development projects, focusing on web2 components and API design, through to production.
Experience working on highly scalable and rapidly evolving software systems.
