Job description

BlackStone eIT is a leading computer software company specializing in SAP solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior SAP Success Factors Consultant, you will play a critical role in working with our clients to implement and optimize their SAP HR systems, specifically focusing on Success Factors modules. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Success Factors solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements
  • Design and configure SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting
  • Lead workshops and gather user requirements, providing expert guidance on system functionality
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on optimizing their HR processes and leveraging SAP Success Factors capabilities
  • Perform system configuration, including data mapping and integration setups
  • Perform system testing and manage defects, ensuring a smooth implementation and go-live
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP Success Factors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as a SAP Success Factors Consultant
  • Solid understanding of SAP HCM processes and Success Factors modules
  • Expertise in multiple Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting
  • Experience leading workshops and gathering user requirements
  • Strong configuration and customization skills in Success Factors
  • Experience with data migration and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in leading full-cycle implementations of SAP Success Factors projects
  • Certification in SAP Success Factors is preferred
