오티스는 성장하고 있으며 유지보수 영업 사원을 모집하고 있습니다. 이 직책은 기존 포트폴리오 유지, 신규 비즈니스 확보, 필요에 따라 현대화 및 수리 판매라는 세 가지 주요 영역을 통해 매출 성장을 달성하는 데 도움을 줍니다.

주요업무:

기존 고객과 좋은 협력 관계 유지, 엘리베이터 대수 포트폴리오 관리

현장 방문을 통한 빌딩, 아파트 등 고객 개발 거래선 관리/유지

네트워킹, 입찰을 통해 빌드온 수리 및 리모델링 영업 개발
영업 목표 달성, 수익성 창출를 위한 본인만의 영업 전략 개발
오티스의 영업 도구를 사용하여 영업 목표 달성 방안의 수립 및 실행
영업 수주, 마진, 매출 및 채권 관리

자격요건

4년제 대학 졸업 이상

기계/전기/승강기 등 유관 공학 계열 및 상경 계열 전공자 우대

최소 2년 이상 영업, 엘리베이터 업계 등 유관 업종/직무에서의 인턴십 등 사회 경험 보유자 및 유지 보수 영업 직무 경험자 우대
적극적이고 긍정적인 mind 의 소유자로, 커뮤니케이션 스킬 필수
