Job description

 
Job Summary
  1. Responsible for the creation, update and editing of internal communications assets that includes case studies, brochures, client presentations, business proposals and any and all form of social media communication collaterals.
  2. Facilitates roll-outs, campaigns and roadshows covering program and company updates/releases that includes but not limited to employee engagement, performance recognition and over-all cultural campaigns.
  3. Collaborates with program stakeholders in ensuring all geo leaders are accordingly informed and aptly equipped with the right communication materials obtained from client relations and or internal corporate team, as well as supervises the successful roll-out and deployment of the same
  4. Leads and represents the organization in network-sponsored activities ensuring preparedness, engagement and excellent representation of the One Qualfon brand is kept a priority

 

Area of expertise (Skills)
  •  At least 3 years relevant experience BPO industry
  • At least 3 years relevant and combined experience in marketing & internal communications, employee engagement, branding and project management
  • Advance in spoken and written English including wide vocabulary and appreciation of grammar
  • A strong knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe, Canva, and Powtoon is required
  • B2B writing experience required in a BPO or Contact Center vertical
Other Skills and Experiences (Min)
  • Ability to collaborate with broad range of team members
  • Organization skills of multiple versions of documents through tracking of documents
  • Knowledge of cloud database management and online collaboration documents including ShareFile, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and other Google services
  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
  • Experienced in technical writing, website or web application content writing
