We’re looking for a Tech allrounder, keen to deliver high-quality information technology services for our growing surf business! You will work with a fun & diverse team, helping change the lives of our local community & international visitors through surfing.
You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the company’s IT Systems, Services, Applications and digital Communications across all locations; Bondi Beach, Byron Bay, Ballina and Maroubra. You will plan, lead & manage all IT systems including maintaining, upgrading and supporting LGS IT infrastructure, both hardware and software & need a good understanding of the following areas:
- Google Workspace (managing a domain)
- Cloud platforms & modern web apps
- APIs and integrations
- Implementation of cloud-based software across a large service-based organization
- Networking and Hardware
- Software development (basic or advanced)
- Digital marketing platforms and implementing marketing initiatives (not content)
- Google Analytics
- Provide group and individual technical training
- Communicate effectively and explain clearly technical advantages and disadvantages to C-level staff.
- Work well with a wide range of people
- Work on partnerships and bring the Let’s Go Surfing brand to life through Tech at every opportunity.
- The role may require you to occasionally attend after-hours functions and events.
To be successful in this role it is really important you are a team player but also able to work autonomously. You will need to be competent, enjoy having many balls in the air and have excellent time management/project management skills. You will embrace and appreciate the beach workstyle wanting to jump out of the office and into the ocean at any chance you can get.

Requirements of the role:
- Degree in Information technology or a similar degree and 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills.
- A confident and dynamic personality with a creative outlook
