Position Overview:
As a Support Analyst at 9NEXUS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ support projects. With a minimum of 3 years of work experience, you will bring your strong support knowledge and expertise to handle incidents, requests, and change management. While experience with the ServiceNow tool is a plus, your exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with business users are essential. You will also need to work on the UK time zone and occasionally be available over weekends, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 3+ years of work experience to provide outstanding support for client projects.
- Apply your strong support knowledge to effectively address incidents, requests, and change management tasks.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow tool (experience is a plus) and other relevant technologies.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills when interacting with business users and clients.
- Adapt to the UK time zone, and be available during weekends when required to meet project needs.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure the successful resolution of support issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a support analyst role.
- Strong support project experience.
- In-depth knowledge of incident, request, and change management.
- Experience with the ServiceNow tool is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interact effectively with business users and clients.
- Willingness to work on the UK time zone and occasionally during weekends.
