Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade OT Applications based on procedures and documents provided by the vendor or application owner.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents impacting OT Applications and systems.
- Advise the OT application owner to ensure operational requirements for OT systems are met.
- Execute OT Applications qualification testing according to GxP regulation requirements.
- Work in a validated environment, including writing and maintaining technical documentation and procedures, and following a controlled change management process.
- Verify Disaster Recovery readiness for OT Systems and coordinate Disaster Recovery testing.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ICS/OT systems and applications (e.g., SCADA, PLC, Warehouse Systems, Laboratory Systems, Building Management Systems).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Server environment.
- Strong knowledge databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Strong knowledge of Virtualization technology (e.g., VMWare, Nutanix).
- Good knowledge of scripting languages (including VB).
- Good knowledge of OT Systems Security requirements (i.e., ISA).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical regulation requirements for IT/OT systems implementation.
- Good writing skills for technical and qualification documentation.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent by experience.
- Operating Systems Certification (e.g., MCSA) or equivalent by experience.
- ITIL v3 Foundations certified is an asset.
- Strong affinity with IT/OT evolutions.
