Your missions

As a Recruiting Specialist, your mission plays a crucial role in the expansion of high-performing recruiting divisions across various countries. You will be the frontline in assessing and interviewing talent, and determining who would be the right fit to work with the clients we are servicing. Through informed intuition and innovative recruitment strategies, we aim to create mutually beneficial opportunities for our clients and outsourced professionals, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment within the global workforce.

Your responsibilities encompass:

  • Efficient Interview Processes:
    • Follow and innovate interview processes, guaranteeing a seamless and effective experience for both candidates and interviewers. Must be highly skilled at identifying talent and culture fits.
  • Elevated Candidate Experience:
    • Champion a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle
  • Expert Interviewing Techniques:
    • Follow interview methodologies, including well-crafted custom questions and scripts, to evaluate candidates thoroughly.
  • Recruiting Process Development:
    • Offering support in building the most valuable, effective, and streamlined recruiting process to find high-level outsourced professionals.
  • Client Management:
    • Taking care of clients throughout the recruiting process. From initial Kick-Off calls this will involve weekly check-in calls, handling concerns, and monitoring success within the first 90-days of onboarding a new candidate.
  • Optimizing Sourcing Strategies:
    • Must be highly effective in LinkedIn search and outreach methods as well as Job Postings to attract high-quality candidates
  • Project Management:
    • Must be able to clarify details, set priorities, set deadlines, and move forward on projects effectively.
  • ATS Implementation and Management:
    • Must be able to utilise the most effective ATS trackers for our teams to ensure effective pairings between client and candidate, and ensure there are accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profiles
  • Continuous Innovation Initiatives:
    • Constantly seeking improvements for higher quality candidates, improving processes, and client satisfaction.

  • You're an expert in global recruitment, understanding international hiring practices, showcasing exceptional leadership, and building strong, diverse networks.

This will also demand excellent leadership and communication as you delve into dealing with any problems, issues and concerns that clients have through the recruiting process
