Job Description

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, including Unit Testing, and Integration Testing.

You will work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software solutions for Connectivity, Infotainment, eSIM, eCall, V2X, Phone Testing, Connectivity ASI (Advanced Switching Connection) Testing, GNSS and Positioning (GPS).

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases
  • Perform software testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and system-level tests on vehicles
  • Utilize various tools such as ODIS, CANoe, and CAPL for testing and debugging
  • Automate test cases using Python and manage test documentation with Confluence and Jira
  • Collaborate in an Agile, SAFe, or SCRUM environment to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

Required skills:

  • Faculty of Computer Science, Faculty of Electronics and telecommunications or Informatics
  • Experience in software testing within the automotive sector
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc.).
  • Proficiency in tools like ODIS, CANoe, CAPL, Python, Confluence, and Jira
  • Understanding of Agile, SAFe, or SCRUM methodologies
  • Good knowledge of C programming language
  • Basic C++ and Python
  • ISO 26262

Nice to have:

  • Experience in connectivity, infotainment, eSIM, eCall, V2X, and other automotive domains.
  • Knowledge of platforms like MEB, MQB, PPE, and tools such as Wireshark, KPM, CP-Tool.
