Job description

Our product is an online hub that integrates food delivery aggregators with restaurant POS systems.
We're looking for a BizDev/Sales Manager with strong communication skills and proficient English. Your main role will involve expanding our customer base, forming partnerships with big restaurant chains, and collaborating with delivery platforms in the Baltic states and Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Attracting New Partners: Reaching new partners for cooperation, developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers to our platform.

  2. Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with large restaurant chains to enhance our service offerings and market presence.

  3. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements.

  4. Collaboration with Post-Providers: Identify post-providers operating in the market and negotiate collaboration agreements to expand our service capabilities.

  5. Cooperation with Delivery Platforms: Collaborate closely with local delivery platforms to streamline operations and maximize customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English is required.

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with partners and stakeholders.

  3. Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the food service industry.

  4. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable partnerships and agreements.

  5. Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.

  6. Desire to learn and self-develop, proactive and result-oriented

  7. Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.
