Job description

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by training, and coaching distributor staff (Distributor Management )
  • Prepares and follows up regional marketing business plan       
  • Designs and implements marketing plans covering programs such as strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, and pricing
  • Works closely with distributor to:
  1.  Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
  2. Accomplish marketing and sales objective by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertisements.
  3. Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements
  4. Participate in local conferences and events to present the product
  5. Prepare marketing materials (downstream marketing)
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Offers expert advice for advertising campaigns and PR activities
  • Maximizes value from referral networks and business connections.
  • Evaluates the performance of local distributor



Requirements
  • Substantial experience as a product manager/marketing manager
  • Substantial experience in coronary medical devices markets
  • Substantial experience in channel management (advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Substantial experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management and product management,
  • Business Level English
