This is a remote position.

Where You Come In :

Role: The Private Equity Investment Associate will work closely with the founding partner and current team.
You will be an integral member of the team, with significant responsibilities, and will participate in all aspects of the investment process including:
  • Research on technology, software, and health/wellness/healthcare businesses
  • Financial modeling, and writing to support investment sourcing, due diligence, and underwriting decisions,
  • Preparing presentations and materials for investors. Building PowerPoint Presentations - **must be proficient**
  • Monitoring portfolio companies and related news/events; assisting with any potential value-adding activities
  • Drafting memos and write-ups - *must be a strong writer
  • Corporate Strategy
  • Help maintain CRM database and investor relations 
  • Provide general support to the Founding Partner
  • Other responsibilities as mutually agreed

Requirements
Qualifications: 
  • Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity/venture capital 
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a team player 
  • Finance/Accounting knowledge and financial modeling skills (preferred but not required)
  • Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting research and financial analysis
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
