Are you an experienced SAP HCM Business Analyst? We are looking for a consultant to join our fast growing hybrid team in Luxembourg.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP HCM and other related modules like SAP Payroll & Finance, SAP Travel & Expenses, Success Factors HCM (Cloud-based)
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors platform, SAP SuccessFactors LMS
- Some knowledge on internal integration within SF platform and LMS and/or LMS with third party providers
- Experience in designing and delivering HR & Payroll projects
- Knowledge in SAP solutions development and integration, business intelligence, complex project delivery, technical solution delivery and service process improvement
- Experience in identifying client needs, conducting analysis, and managing costs and budgets in line with client and operational objectives.
- Other: Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to form positive and productive relationships with clients, stakeholders, managers, and vendors ensuring project deliverables are consistently met
- Language: English (fluent)
Job description:
- As an SAP Business Analyst, you will identify client needs, conduct analysis, and manage costs and budgets in line with client and operational objectives
- You will lead the selection of appropriate business analysis methods, tools, techniques; selecting appropriately from plandriven/ predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches
- You will establish the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, defining strategies, validating and justifying business needs, conducting feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models, preparing business cases, overseeing development and implementation of solutions, taking into account the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders
- You will guide senior management towards accepting change brought about through process and organisational change
