Job description

This is a remote position.

SyncEzy is a growing SaaS Integrations Company in the B2B space, with a strong focus on the Construction, Trades and Service Industries. We are a 100% remote company and the team is located in Australia, India and USA; with customers in over 20 countries. We are proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and have continued to achieve high growth year after year.  


We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can analyse the market for B2B SAAS, look at trends, identify high growth opportunities / products and come up with profitable product opportunities.  


You will oversee all of our product’s needs from development to release. In conjunction with the leadership team, you will focus on idea extraction to identify customer pain points and solving those via software solutions. You will develop storyboards, mockups, product plans and validate product ideas. You will gather data, create product roadmaps, and work with developers and marketing to launch new products.

Key Actions & Duties

  • Appraise new product ideas, strategize product roadmap and oversee existing products’ life cycle. 

  • Develop and execute the product strategy in line with the business strategy.  

  • Analyse product requirements, market trends and customer needs, research market competition and develop deep subject knowledge.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.

  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.

  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch. 

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and clear guidelines for the development team. 

  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. 

  • Analyse market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.

  • Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and sales teams. 

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates SyncEzy across primary market segments. Assist in developing marketing strategies.



Requirements
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle from inception to launch and growth of the live monetised product.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Digital Product Manager servicing small to medium businesses. 

  • SAAS tech / startup background with experience in B2B digital products.

  • Experience leading an Agile team and a deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Familiarity with Agile tools (such as JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana)

  • Experience with Hotjar, Mixpanel or a similar user tracking platforms

  • Provide at least a couple of examples of effective products delivered in the past.

  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation skills.

  • Keen commercial sense around business processes, costs, efficiencies and how software can add value.

  • Bachelor’s degree, Previous Startup experience, Initiative, Self starter, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • This is an Australia or USA based role, Australian Citizenship / Permanent Rights to work in Australia required
