Minimum of 8 plus years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Proven track record as a ServiceNow Architect, with deep expertise in ITSM, SPM, and CSM modules.
Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, business rules, workflows, and integration technologies.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and inteture and best practices.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certgrations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) preferred but not required.
