• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality OutSystems applications to meet business requirements;
• Create applications with a test-driven development mindset that perform well;
• Work collaboratively to solve problems with other team members;
• Develop custom components and integrations with other systems using APIS, web services, or other methods;
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to others in the low-code team, helping to establish best practices and development standards;
• Review others' code, share skills and knowledge with the rest of the team;
• Be proactive and organized within your team and meet the goals that you have agreed to;
• Innovate and contribute ideas that will improve the applications quality;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and processes;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems platform features, improvements, and best practices.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
• At least 5 years of experience with OutSystems Platform; 
• Experience with other technologies ( Net, HTML, CSS, 5 e SQL) - it's a good plus; 
• OutSystems Certification - they are more than welcome around here; 
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and be a team player;
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly;
• Ability to mentor less-experienced developers;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); 
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it's a good plus;
• Candidates should be based in Portugal and/or have a valid working visa.
