Your missions

Overview:

As an SAP ABAP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and customization of SAP solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. You will be responsible for developing technical designs, coding, testing, and debugging SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, develop, and customize SAP applications using ABAP programming language
Create and modify Data Dictionary objects such as tables, views, and indexes
Implement enhancements and performance tuning in existing ABAP applications
Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows within the SAP environment
Conduct unit testing and integration testing of developed solutions
Provide technical support and expertise during system upgrades and maintenance
Collaborate with functional consultants to integrate SAP modules
Document technical specifications and user guides
Identify and troubleshoot ABAP-related issues
Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices
Participate in project planning and estimation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP environment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant or Developer
Proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools
Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes
Experience in designing and developing custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms
Knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary concepts and techniques
Ability to troubleshoot and debug SAP applications
Experience with Web Dynpro and SAP UI5 is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Certification in SAP ABAP development is advantageous
Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
