Overview
The SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) plays a vital role in the organization's supply chain management. This position is essential in ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations, inventory management, and seamless integration of business processes using SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure SAP EWM solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize warehouse processes
  • Lead and support EWM implementation projects from initiation to completion
  • Provide expertise in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules
  • Develop and execute test plans for EWM system enhancements and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in warehouse management
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of warehouse operations
  • Participate in system documentation and knowledge sharing activities
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend enhancements
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Contribute to the development of warehouse management strategies and goals
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SAP EWM
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP EWM solutions in a warehouse environment
  • Certification in SAP EWM or relevant SAP modules
  • In-depth understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in SAP EWM system configuration and customization
  • Strong knowledge of SAP EWM integration with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, and PP
  • Experience in SAP EWM performance optimization and system upgrades
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in training end-users and providing ongoing support
  • Project management skills and experience in leading EWM implementation projects
