Your missions

We are looking for a new colleague who likes to be responsible for maintaining and reporting of KPIs and key numbers for our successful delivery.

Your role will include:

  • Setting up, maintaining and reporting Delivery Dashboards
  • Working with Delivery Leads and Project Managers to ensure plannings of associates are correct
  • Creating Reporting and status reports in Google Excel and Slides
  • Reducing administrative tasks for Vertical Leads so that they focus on delivery
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, standardisation, and best practices to drive operational excellence in Delivery
  • Monitoring and controlling vertical reporting, making sure we follow the same standards and methods
  • Align with other teams across the organisation to ensure the correct flow and display of data ensuring transparency to top level management

What do we require?

  • A degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or similar
  • Having at least 3 years of experience as a PMO or Junior Project Manager
  • You feel comfortable with crunching numbers and analyzing discrepancies
  • Experience with task management and wiki-based documentation tools
  • Experience in building complex reports based on KPIs
  • Experience using spreadsheet tools (i.e. MS Excel)
  • Ability to document complex topics concisely and comprehensible
  • Ability to foster collaboration and best practice exchange across projects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in international projects and working with remote teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Eligibility to work within the EU and/or Switzerland
