Job Role &  Responsibilities
1.Fool Proof UI Experience: Ensure Specialists work out of a single user-interface to minimize context switching and that all the required information to complete a specified task can be accessed from within that single application
2.Dynamic Work Queues: Build the capability to create, shift queues as business needs change and dynamically prioritize and push tasks and work to specialists based on Intelligent Task Routing without requiring significant engineering resources
3.Intelligent Task Allocation: Programmatically allocate critical work to the best suited Specialists based on the urgency, strategic objectives at the dealer and enterprise level, task type and application type; water-fa to next bes’ Specialist given changing workload and demand
4.Real Time Productivity: Monitoring:Generate baselines in real-time that illuminate employee performance and productivity to help inform talent decisions,enable internal mobility and discover both coaching opportunities and well as untapped potential
5.Cross Team Collaboration: Ability to execute and collaborate on a task / application with teams across functions by taking an end-to-end view of the business process rather than on a narrow silo; ensure that work can flow from function-to-function without slipping within the cracks
6.Five 9 telephony Integration: Integration of the Five9 telephony application to the specialist'sworkflow.
7.Collaborative Support and Coaching: Arm people leaders with the 100s 10 identify when help is needed and the ability to monitor and provide real time collaborative support and coaching in the production environment
8.Task Prioritization and Optimization: Implement data-based modeling and capacity Planning strategies based on enterprise strategic objectives, seasonality and resource dynamics to optimize specialist time.
9.Business Development /CRM :Provide a framework for the Operations team to follow-up with dealers on an appropriate cadence to group and Workflows nurture the relationship Salesforce Integration
10.Sales Force Integration:Ensure that required data is written back to Salesforce as it relates to the broader dealer relationship, so that critical information is available to other cross-functions, including Sales.
11.Smart Assistance and Job Aids:Close skills gaps real time in a production environment by providing relevant and critical data based on user interaction task item at hand; empower specialists to self-serve and build talent capabilities through coaching alerts, reminders and
12.easily accessible job aids (task intelligence and support.. Interaction based Al)
13.Skills Based Pathways: Create controlled and flexible pathways based on skills a specialist already has and illuminate the path to the next role as Specialist competency is validated based on actual production transaction data (specialist intelligence)
14.Live Chat Integartion: Build an integration into the Operations teams current Live Chat provider to ensure all communication is in a central place
15.Team Scheduling Automation: Leveraging intelligence to create an optimal schedule for each team within Operations.
16.Gmail and Outlook Integration: Email integrations to ensure requests from dealers can be routed to the appropriate party.
