· Primary Skills :ServiceNow Development

· Secondary Skills :ServiceNow IT Operations Management

 

o Implementation of ServiceNow Modules(ITSM+ITOM), administration, improvement and support of latest ServiceNow platform.

o Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a clients ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, existing workflows.

o Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow glide objects such as GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.

o Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow

o Perform ServiceNow upgrade administration assistance to ensure clients leverage of the latest releases of the ServiceNow application ensuring implementation occurs in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to client IT operations

o Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible

o Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing and production environments

o System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP

o Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration

o Should know the offerings available with ServiceNow ITOM Suite as well as CMDB.

o Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow and demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting

o Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (ITIL v3 certification a plus)

o Effective communication skills via verbal and non-verbal methods

o Strong attention to detail

o Manages work against an often-demanding timeline
