Experience in ITSM Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalogue.
.Experience in ITOM CMDB, Event Management with strong in building logic, Discovery.
.Experience in GRC(policy and compliance management), Audit management, Risk Management.
• Perform integrations with 3rd party tools using (XML, HTML, Web Services, REST, etc)
• Perform all aspects of platform administration, design, development, and implementation of applications in ServiceNow
Administrative ServiceNow Support Troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis.
Service Portal design and implementation(widgets and UI page creations)
Flow designer/ Orchestration and PowerShell scripting
ServiceNow version upgrade planning and testing
CMDB Knowledge
• Build and Deploy Business Rules, catalogue Items, UI Policies, UI Actions, the script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps
• Document solutions and update project artifacts in a timely manner
• Hands-on experience in Service-Now reporting, gauges & dashboards
• Development experience of Content Management in Service-Now (Object like ESS page design)
• Knowledge and experience using Angular JS and Bootstrap
• Understand integration methodologies for Service-Now. E.G. Active Directory, SSO, SCCM, runbook, etc
• Use of Record producers to create records in Service-Now.
• Understanding of Service-Now Logs for troubleshooting & adhere Service-Now best practices.
• Experience creating Scripted REST API, and knowing when it's appropriate to use an OOB API or integration method
Experience Preferred:
• ITIL certifications at the foundations, intermediate, or expert level
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist/Certified Application Developer
