Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM for Core HR.
Strong analytical skills to understand and translate client business processes.

Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements.
Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules.
Lead implementation and conduct thorough testing.
Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support.
Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions.
