Role and Responsibilities:
The Oracle Jr. & Sr. Developer will be responsible for:
  • Minimum 3 years of Oracle Service Cloud (Right Now) technical implementation experience.
  • Work experience in Oracle Service Cloud Platform/Solutions.
  • Experience in building workflows and configuration of Oracle Service Cloud.
  • Experience in Oracle Right Now Customer Portal Development, Widget customizations, and Add-In Development.
  • Work experience in SQL.
  • Work experience in .Net Framework, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS configuring the application.
  • Designing UI and customization.
  • Collaborating with the Data Migration team.
  • Knowledge Management, Rules, Analytics, Custom Objects, ROQL.
  • Implementing, maintaining, and supporting third-party systems.

Candidate Qualifications:
- The candidate should have 3-10 years of experience as an Oracle Jr. & Sr. Developer.
