SAP Fieldglass day-to-day support activities
Should have done at least 3 to 4 End to End Implementation projects with Field Glass
Defect analysis and issue resolution of support incidents.
Identify & resolve interface issues.
Configure and maintain the SAP Fieldglass system to meet the organization's contingent workforce management needs.
Manage user access and permissions, ensuring proper security measures are in place.
Customize and enhance the SAP Fieldglass platform through scripting and API integrations to meet specific business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful third-party integrations.
Utilize SAP Fieldglass analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights into contingent workforce trends.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements based on data analysis.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to contingent workforce management.
Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in relevant regulations.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use SAP Fieldglass to manage contingent workforce activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
