Job Description:-
  1. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  2. In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on onboarding best practices.
  3. Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  5. Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
  2. Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.
