Role: Senior Dynamics Platform Solution Lead

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to
understand business requirements and translate them into effective
solutions.
Execute and participate in application design sessions, providing
valuable solution recommendations.
Deeply understand D365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing),
configuration, customization, and integration methods/tools.
Develop CRM applications using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions.
Present technical topics to non-technical senior business stakeholders.
Ensure that the design aligns with business requirements.
Work cooperatively in a team environment, fostering teamwork and
leading by example.
Provide training and mentorship to project resources.
Participate in organization-wide initiatives and contribute to building a
quality culture.
Provide guidance and performance evaluations for junior staff members.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information
Systems, or a related discipline.
Microsoft Certification supporting expert-level experience.
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on CRM configuration and customization
experience.
D365 CRM Certified.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementation with integration.
Strong development skills – writing plugins, working with Visual Studio,
C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM.
Experience in agile delivery, continuous integration, and build processes.
Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL.
Proficiency across MS Azure, Dynamics 365, Synapse, Power Platform.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Project management capabilities with the ability to multitask.
In-depth understanding of CRM processes, systems, and Dynamics 365.
Technical and administration experience with MS Dynamics Customer
Engagement (CE).
Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, ASP, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar technologies.
