Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify Developer to join our team. As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Shopify-based e-commerce websites. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure the seamless functionality and user experience of our online stores.

Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Development: Design, build, and maintain Shopify e-commerce websites to meet client specifications, including custom theme development, layout design, and functionality enhancements.
Theme Customization: Customize and modify existing Shopify themes to align with client branding and design requirements.
App Integration: Integrate and configure Shopify apps to enhance the functionality of online stores, such as payment gateways, inventory management, and marketing tools.
Front-end Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid.
Backend Development: Customize Shopify's backend functionalities using Shopify scripts, APIs, and GraphQL.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and resolve any bugs or issues promptly.
Performance Optimization: Implement best practices to improve website speed, optimize images, and enhance overall site performance.
Security: Ensure the security of Shopify websites by staying updated with security best practices and addressing vulnerabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to meet project goals and deadlines.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of code, configurations, and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in Shopify development, including creating and customizing themes, apps, and e-commerce websites.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including online shopping carts, payment gateways, and product catalog management.
Familiarity with Shopify APIs and GraphQL is a plus.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites is a plus.
