Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Automation Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Engineers and Product Managers to ensure the delivery of tested stories at the end of each sprint. They will participate in planning and grooming sessions to ensure accurate estimation of stories. The Sr. Automation Tester will be responsible for conducting functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure applications are properly tested prior to deployment. They will also coordinate and raise defects to the team and perform initial investigations of defects via application logs. Additionally, the Sr. Automation Tester will contribute to test automation by creating automated test scripts using BDD or data-driven approach. They should be a quick learner and capable of ramping up quickly on new projects. Lastly, the Sr. Automation Tester will contribute to the continuous improvement of testing activities within the organization.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of experience in test automation, preferably using Robot Framework. Experience in AGILE methodology is a must, along with expertise in web automation. Experience in API testing, performance testing using JMeter, and mobile automation using Appium are all desirable skills.
