Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules with a focus on US-specific functionalities with 5-7 years experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in successfully implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll for US clients
Understanding of US payroll regulations and the ability to ensure Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll compliance
Details:
Collaborate with clients to analyze US-specific payroll requirements.
Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules for US regulations.
Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Conduct thorough testing of configured payroll solutions.
Deliver end-user training on US payroll processes and functionalities.
Provide ongoing support for payroll-related inquiries and issues.
