Job Description:

Technical Skills:

Must Have:
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Familiarity with Python for scripting and data manipulation.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, serving as a power user for complex data analysis.
Good to Have:
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
Domain Expertise:Work in various areas including Asset Management Services (AMS), service business, installed base, warranty management, and service contracts.
Analyze and interpret data related to service operations and provide valuable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or related field.
7-8 years of experience in business analysis roles.
Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel.
Familiarity with Tableau and PowerBI is a plus.
